Building Guidelines and Covenants have been prepared to assist purchasers in designing and building their homes to a high standard, maximising the value of their investment and enhancing the quality of the estate as a whole.

Greenvale Lakes does not currently have a display village but there are plenty of builders operating in the area. Further details can be obtained from the Master Builders Association (MBA).
